Here is an email/blog that I sent out to some of my neighbors.  Every neighborhood in Summit County is unique. There are many given features and factors in any of the neighborhoods that do not come out on-line, on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com. Which is to say that there are many good reasons to have some one on the ground working for you.  Here's the note:

§  There are two listings/contract pending in our neighborhood.  Click on link below.

§  We are seeing short inventory in Wildernest-Silverthorne market. Only 61 Residential Active Listings in whole area; 34 Active Listing-Single Family homes--one of 34 priced under $600K; 9 of 34 priced under $975K; and meanwhile 16 listings/contracts pending on Single Family Homes.

§  The 16 Pending listing/contracts make for an interesting and granted very rough absorption rate: 16 pending/34 Active. Well/correctly priced properties will sell.
